Tips from our Cookshop Team: OILS IN FRYING.

Did you know that olive oil is a poor release agent & if used to grease pans can build up to layers forming a sticky film which is difficult to remove? Instead we recommend using butter, vegetable or nut based oils such as ground nut oil or good old lard. Oilve Oil tastes great & is healthy for you so don't stint on using it in salads and other areas of cooking!
