RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return the items to us for a full refund within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order. Unless agreed with Boswells a return will be required for the refund to be completed. Within the UK we provide a freepost returns service. If the items require collection due to size or weight or is requested by the customer the cost of the collection will be deducted from the refund value.
Outgoing postage refunds: The maximum postage that will be refunded is the current least expensive delivery charge offered by Boswells for your region. In the UK this would be our Saver charge and outside of the UK the Airmail charge. As these can change over time please see our Help on Delivery page for exact costs. This means that customers choosing a more expensive despatch service such as Standard or Express in the UK or Courier overseas will receive a partial postage refund unless the delivery service did not meet its requirements.
A small number of items are excluded from return for common-sense reasons and these are marked as non-returnable on their product page. All returns must be agreed in writing with Boswells before customer action is taken.
